Jerk has been a Jamaican tradition for a very long time. It is a blend of many spices and fresh herbs, including pimento and scotch bonnet peppers. It is used for grilling, barbecuing, and roasting marinated chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, vegetables, tofu, and more.
Ingredients: scotch bonnet peppers, onion, garlic, scallions, thyme, black pepper, vinegar, salt pimento, allspice, and special herbs and spices.
